Meet Our Founder and Principal
The Visionary behind Darling Buds Preschool is passionate about Teaching and exploring the needs of every Child like Love, Curiosity, Creativity and Psychological expressions.
After her long experience and deep understanding, she has structured and uplifted the Curriculum which supports every kind of Child for Physical, Behavioral and Psychological Development. She has dedicated her Life towards shaping every child.
Educational Background
Sushma holds a B. Com, MBA degree (Marketing) and trained in Montessori and Nursery Teacher Training Course having an experience of 22 years in various fields in which 12 years of experience is in the field of Education.
Her journey into the world of Montessori and Kindergarten education began in 2011. Through her journey, she has experienced and realized that the Early Childhood Education is not all about Theory, Concepts or Academics.
Early Childhood Learning is all about practicality and a sense of feeling in their learning. She being the founder and Principal of Darling Buds Pre School has designed the Curriculum, Incorporated Speaking Skills, Practical Knowledge, Sensorial Learning, Life Skills, Behavioral Management, Values and Ethics with Physical Development.
She believes Children should be nurtured through Love, Joy, Excitement, Creativity and Explore their surroundings in their own way in Foundational Years.
